Sole Mates Running Group

Whether you want to run your first mile or you’re training for a triathlon, Sole Mates is a FREE, dynamic running group now meeting weekly in Duvall!

PhysioCare co-owner Mary Beth Ackerman, PT, CIMT, USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, started the Sole Mates running group in the summer of 2013. Our goal is to provide a free community resource for runners to gather and meet one another while encouraging non-runners to begin a healthful and competitive activity. The group currently consists of runners of all levels, from beginners to those looking to take running to the next level.

Participating runners benefit from weekly runs with licensed physical therapists and athletic trainers who are able to offer advice on safety, training, and pain/injuries that may occur during a run. Personal trainer Nicole Pitts of Duvall Fitness helps lead the Duvall group.
