What To Expect On Your First Visit

Welcome to PhysioCare!

Our friendly staff is here to help you get started down the road to recovery. The information below is provided to help you prepare for your treatment.

What to Bring

  • A prescription or referral from your physician if you have one (some insurance plans require that you do)
  • All related medical records and/or diagnostic reports (X-rays, MRI, etc.)
  • A valid insurance card or claim information (motor vehicle or Labor & Industries)
  • Our required paperwork can be done via the patient dashboard. Please call the office if you have trouble logging in.

What to wear to physical therapy

Comfort is key. Bring or wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Active wear such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts are most appropriate. We have changing rooms for your convenience.

For orthotic appointments, be sure to bring or wear the appropriate footwear and shorts or pants that can be rolled up above your knees.
